Sr Ts. Dr. Noraini Hamzah merupakan Pensyarah Kanan di Jabatan Kejuruteraan Awam, Fakulti Kejuruteraan dan Alam Bina, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). Dr. Ain memiliki Ijazah Sarjana Muda Kejuruteraan Awam dan Struktur daripada UKM, Sarjana dalam International Construction Management and Engineering daripada University of Leeds, United Kingdom, serta Ijazah Doktor Falsafah dalam Pengurusan Projek daripada Universiti Malaya.
Dengan pengalaman melebihi 24 tahun dalam bidang akademik dan industri, Dr. Ain mempunyai kepakaran dalam pengurusan projek pembinaan, Building Information Modelling (BIM), pembinaan hijau, penyelenggaraan dan forensik bangunan serta kelestarian alam bina. Dr. Ain merupakan Professional Technologist (Ts.) berdaftar dengan Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT), Ahli Berdaftar Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM), serta MyCREST Qualified Professional dan Assessor.
Dr. Ain aktif menerajui penyelidikan dan perundingan berkaitan digitalisasi pembinaan dan pembangunan lestari, selain mengetuai pelbagai projek penyelidikan di peringkat nasional dan antarabangsa di samping turut berkhidmat sebagai panel penilai akreditasi, pakar rujuk industri dan penyelia pelajar pascasiswazah dalam bidang kejuruteraan awam dan pengurusan pembinaan.
Sr Ts. Dr. Noraini Hamzah is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). Dr. Ain holds a Bachelor of Civil and Structural Engineering from UKM, a Master’s degree in International Construction Management and Engineering from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom, and a PhD in Project Management from Universiti Malaya.
With more than 24 years of experience in both academia and industry, Dr. Ain’s areas of expertise include construction project management, Building Information Modelling (BIM), green construction, building maintenance and forensics, as well as sustainability in the built environment. Dr. Ain is a registered Professional Technologist (Ts.) with the Malaysia Board of Technologists (MBOT), a Registered Member of the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (RISM), and a certified MyCREST Qualified Professional and Assessor.
Dr. Ain actively leads research and consultancy projects related to construction digitalisation and sustainable development, including initiatives at both national and international levels. In addition, Dr. Ain serves as an accreditation evaluator, industry consultant, and postgraduate supervisor in the fields of civil engineering and construction management.
