Biografi/ Biography :
Assoc. Prof Dr Rosmawati Mohamad is the former Chairperson of Research Center for Da`wah and Leadership from 2016 to 2021. Up until 2022, she has been involved in 44 research grants at the international, national and university levels, with 16 of them as the principal investigator, totaling RM 2,060,930.00. The Shariah-Compliant Script Writing Module project has been successfully licensed to KUISCELL Sdn. Bhd. for RM10,200.00.
She has successfully protected a total of 43 copyrights, with 28 of them originating from research grants he led. She received the Malaysia Research Assessment Excellence Award (MyRA) from UKM in the 2019 assessment as the recipient of the Excellent Individual Award (Innovation) in the Social Sciences Category for Lecturers. She has been appointed as a Visiting Lecturer at Ibn Khaldun University in Bogor, Indonesia, and also as a Local Fellow for the Malaysia International Islamic Fiqh Academy (MIIFA) in the Media field by JAKIM. She has been directly involved in the development of policies and policy papers for the Muslim Women`s Development Plan in Malaysia 2020-2025, the Putrajaya Welfare Community Blueprint 2018-2022, and the National Dakwah Development Plan by YADIM. She has also been involved in Islamic NGOs such as the Islamic Women`s Council of YADIM (MAYA) as the Deputy Head of the Media and Corporate Cluster of the Main Committee. She has actively participated in workshops related to Sharia-compliant research in the creative industry, collaborating with industry representatives. She successfully facilitated collaboration with the industry through the Sharia-Compliant Script Writing Workshop at UKM and established Dai Production, contributing to the development of Islamic media content among students at the Faculty of Islamic Studies.
