Haslina Abdul Hamid is a lecturer at Dietetic Program, Center for Community Health Studies (ReaCH), Faculty of Health Sciences, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. She graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Biomedicine from Management and Science University and worked as a health educator at Penang Adventist Hospital before pursuing Master`s degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics in University of Minnesota, USA. She earned her credential as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) in 2013. She joined Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia as a lecturer in 2015 and completed her PhD in Child Health (Neonatal Nutrition) from University of Nottingham,UK in 2021. Her research interests focus on preterm infant nutrition, infant nutrition and postnatal growth of infant. She is a member of the Malaysian Dietitians’ Association, Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (USA), British Dietetic Association (BDA), British Association of Perinatal Medicine (BAPM) and The Neonatal Society (UK).
