Biografi/ Biography :
Dr. Ammar Redza Ahmad Rizal merupakan pensyarah kanan di Pusat Kajian Media dan Komunikasi, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). Kepakaran beliau merangkumi bidang komunikasi untuk perubahan tingkah laku, penyebaran inovasi, dan komunikasi strategik, dengan fokus utama untuk memahami bagaimana komunikasi mempengaruhi transformasi masyarakat. Portfolio penyelidikan beliau merangkumi penerbitan yang melihat keberkesanan media sosial untuk penyebaran inovasi, peranan komunikasi persuasif dalam kempen vaksinasi COVID-19, dan penggunaan amalan pertanian mampan Kajian semasa Ammar menumpukan kepada pembangunan rangka kerja AI beretika untuk pendidikan, pelaksanaan pembelajaran berasaskan permainan untuk kelestarian, dan analisis peranan media sosial dalam penglibatan politik belia. Sebagai penganalisis politik, beliau kerap menyumbang pandangan kepada media khususnya mengenai landskap politik Sarawak. Melalui sumbangannya yang diterbitkan oleh Sarawak Tribune dan Suara Sarawak, beliau berjaya menterjemahkan dinamik politik yang kompleks kepada pandangan yang mudah difahami, membincangkan topik seperti peralihan kepimpinan, proses pilihan raya, dan pentadbiran negeri. Beliau berhasrat untuk menghubungkan teori akademik dengan aplikasi praktikal, memajukan wacana ilmiah dan pemahaman awam
