Sumber Lestari, Alam Sekitar dan Kehidupan Pintar,
Dr. Norshafidah has been an Institute Fellow at SERI-UKM since 2023. She earned her Combined MSc–Ph.D. in Chemistry and Nanoscience from Ewha Womans University, South Korea (2020), fully funded under IESF3-Korea and Brain Korea 21 programs, specializing in materials science and solar energy. She secured NRF Korea and EWHA-UICF grants and served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow (2020–2023), publishing numerous high-impact papers in top-tier (Q1), including work achieving over 26% efficiency in perovskite solar cells. Her research excellence has been recognized with awards from Innovation Showcase(2026), iIDEX(2026), ICCM-DIFCON(2026), Nano Convergence(2022, 2016), Nano Korea(2021), MRS Fall Meeting in Boston, USA(2018), along with two patents from South Korea KIPO(2022, 2020) and eighteen copyrights from Malaysia MyIPO(2026, 2025). She leads MoUs between UKM, EWHA, and Thursinar Energy (2023–2028), co-supervises graduate students from Malaysia, as well as students based in Korea and China, and serves as a reviewer for Elsevier, Springer Nature, Wiley, and IEEE. Certified as a Google Gemini Educator (2025–2028), she advances AI and VR innovation in advanced materials and renewable energy research.
