Biografi/ Biography :
Ir. Dr. Noor Azim Mohd. Radzi is a Senior Lecturer (DS13) at the Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). He holds a PhD in Civil Engineering from UKM, specializing primarily in Structural Fire Engineering, Precast Concrete Structures, and Prestressed Concrete Design. He gained 2 years of international experience in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh and Jeddah) as a site engineer for large-scale university construction projects, before serving 15 years with the Public Works Department (JKR Malaysia) where he was involved in major government projects in structural design, building management, and project supervision. He is a Professional Engineer registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and an ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer (ACPE).
