Biografi/ Biography :
Ir. Dr. Noor Azim Mohd. Radzi is a Senior Lecturer (DS13) at the Faculty of Engineering and Built Environment, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), appointed in November 2023. He obtained his PhD in Civil Engineering from UKM, with expertise in Structural Fire Engineering, Precast Concrete Structures, and Prestressed Concrete Design. He brings over 17 years of professional experience, including 2 years in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh and Jeddah) as a site engineer on large-scale university construction projects, followed by 15 years with the Public Works Department (JKR Malaysia), where he was actively involved in structural design, building management, and project supervision for major government developments. He is a Professional Engineer registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM) and an ASEAN Chartered Professional Engineer (ACPE).
