Azim Fitri Zainul Abidin obtained his bachelor`s degree in Materials Science from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (2014), master`s degree in Fuel Cell Engineering from University Kebangsaan Malaysia (2018), and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Quantum Engineering Design from Osaka University, Japan (2023). He is currently a senior lecturer/ research fellow at the Fuel Cell Institute of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. His research interest focuses on surface science studies and electronic structure engineering based on the density functional theory for developing materials. Strong interest in constant-potential simulation through the ESM-RISM method. Experience in metal-organic frameworks (MOFS) synthesis and electrocatalysts development for green technology applications.
