Biografi/ Biography :
Dr. Zaihosnita Hood is an academic staff and researcher with over 20 years of experience in the Faculty of Information Science and Technology at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM). Her commitment to delivering quality education is evident in her extensive teaching background and the success of her students under her supervision. Through her expertise in Interaction Design, User Interface & Experience, various research contributions have been generated in the form of publications, workshops, and training.
Beyond the academic realm, she serves as an advisor and lecturer for various community activities. She contributes her expertise in productivity applications, as well as in the design and development of systems. She holds a professional certification in Certified Testing Foundation Level (CTFL) and is a trainer for the Disability Equality Training (DET) course under the Department of Social Welfare, Malaysia.
