Memiliki ijazah kedoktoran falsafah (DBA) dari UKM-Graduate School of Business pada tahun 2014; dan sebelum itu Ijazah Sarjana Pengurusan dari UPM-GSM pada tahun 2004; Ijazah Sarjana Muda Perniagaan (Kewangan) dari University of Miami, USA pada 1990; dan Diploma Pendidikan dari Fakulti Pendidikan UKM. Bidang kepakaran (pendidikan dan penyelidikan) adalah dalam Keusahawanan dan Inovasi; Pembangunan Keusahawanan PMKS; dan Strategi Pengurusan
Perubahan. Telah berkecimpong dalam bidang berkenaan lebih 20 tahun di bawah naungan sistem Kementerian Pengajian Tinggi. Aktif terlibat secara langsung dalam beberapa program keusahawanan anjuran kementerian, SME Corp, NGO , dan komuniti daerah dan negeri yang masih berterusan hingga kini. Motif projek-projek tersebut adalah memperkasa keusahawanan dan inovasi dalam kalangan PMKS seluruh Malaysia. Juga semakin relevan kepakaran beliau di peringkat antarabangsa, khususnya Indonesia melalui kolaborasi projek pendidikan dan kajian dengan beberapa universitas di sana. Profesion sebagai pensyarah di UKM didasari oleh falsafah "Ilmu Allah yang sangat tinggi, luas dan dalam perlu dicari, disampaikan, dan diamal"
Holds a doctorate in philosophy (DBA) from UKM-Graduate School of Business in 2014. Areas of expertise (education and research) are Entrepreneurship and Innovation; MSME Entrepreneurship Development; and Change Management Strategy. Being in the field for more than 20 years under the auspices of the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia. Actively involved in several entrepreneurship programs organized by ministries, SME Corp, NGOs, and district and state communities that are still ongoing today. The motive of these projects is to empower entrepreneurship and innovation among MSMEs and communities throughout Malaysia. My expertise is also increasingly relevant at international level, especially in Indonesia through collaborations of educational and research projects with several universities there. The profession as a lecturer at UKM is based on the philosophy of "The knowledge of Allah which is very high, broad and deep must be sought, conveyed, and practiced"
