Biografi/ Biography :
Deborah Chew is a gastroenterology and hepatology consultant in an academic centre, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and practices in Hospital Cancelor Tuanku Muhriz. She completed her medical school in University of Aberdeen in Scotland with Commendation and subsequently obtained the prestigious Academic House Officer Job in the Scotland Deanery. She Completed her internal medicine residency in Singapore and then returned to Malaysia to pursue her fellowship in Gastroenterology and Hepatology. She completed her advance training in endoscopic ultrasound, ERCP and hepatology in Selayang Hospital. She has a keen interest in malignant, inflammatory and autoimmune diseases of the pancreas, inflamamtory bowel disease and endohepatology.
