Mempunyai kepakaran dalam bidang sains makanan khususnya dalam hidrokoloid dan emulsi makanan. Bergiat aktif dalam melakukan kajian dalam bidang sains dan teknologi makanan yang berteraskan kepada ingredien berfungsi.
